I thought that in order to donate organs you had to die in a hospital and be kept 'alive' mechanically until they were harvested.
Yes, it seems unlikely in this case. Maybe cornea and bone. I cited the Wikipedia article as I though it was a noteworthy addition -- whether it is true or false.
